Both retail and PSN games are fine. I'm also not into first-person shooters, fighting, racing, sports, or puzzle games. I already have Little Big Planet, Dungeon Siege, Grand Theft Auto, Metal Gear Solid, Daxter, Ratchet & Clank, Silent Hill, Crash Bandicoot, and Monster Hunter. The best answer goes to the person with the most quality answers. Repeating a game that has already been listed does not count towards your total.
By the way, I value replay value greatly.

I just got a PS3 from my family for my 19th birthday (pretty sweet). I downloaded FF7 again because I've wanted to replay it for years but could never find it at game stores (I'm too inpatient to use eBay). Anyway, so I started a file, getting pretty far, but what I want to know is: I'm going from NY to LA tomorrow for a few days and I'd like to transfer my save game data (as well as the game itself, if anyone can help with with that as well) to my PSP so I can play on the plane and such. Afterwards, I'll want to transfer the save data BACK to the PS3. Is this possible? I know it's wordy, but it doesn't seem that inconceivable. I'll pick the best answer as soon as it's given.
