5 Stars Great buy, if you can find them….
These are a must-have. If you can find them, buy them. I was lucky enough to find a set at a local game store in a clearance rack. I believe they are no longer being made, which is a real shame.

I have always hated earbud style headphones because of the lack of bass. I have even used the $100+ ones out there and found them lacking. Don’t get me wrong, they do sound fantastic, it’s just the bass is usually flat as board. I came across these and read a little about them, and seeing as how they were only 10 bucks, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try them before I ran out and spent a small fortune on a set of Bose, Shure, or Sony earbuds. I have two PSP’s, one is an original phat, and the other is a slim PSP-2000 series. The set of Earsubs I got were for the phat PSP.

All I can say is that it was the best 10 bucks I ever spent on a set of headphones. The bass is excellent on these. I even dare say better tham on many over-ear headphones. Even better is that the mid and high ranges still sound great as well. I was absolutely stunned at just how well they work. They felt a little odd in my ear at first, but it’s something you get used to very quickly, and it’s never an unpleasant feeling. Just a tad odd at first.

I only wish I could find a few extra sets before they completely disappear from the market. But if you can get your hands on these, buy them. Especially if you can find the universal set. I am currently trying to figure a way to convert mine to an external power source so I can use them on my DSi and media player. You will not be disappointed in these, especially if you are like me and find most earbuds horrible in terms of bass reproduction. I can’t recommend these enough.

5 Stars Sony PSP Headbanger Earsubs
These worked better then I thought they would, and I had high hopes for these after searching allot and reading feedback

I would recomend this to anybody!!!

5 Stars Finally, Low Price and Quality Performance!!
I’ve purchased more headphones then I care to mention. I’ve searched high and low for a low price, high quality set not believing that they didn’t exist. FINALLY, the Headbanger earsubs confirmed what was once a myth, you can find good quality headphones at a low price.

When I first plugged these into my PSP I was amazed. I swear, it was like an eye opening experience for my ears. Games were playing much different, as if I was missing something previously; Untold Legends never sounded better! And the best thing is they stay in my ears. There are two options so those with different sized ears can try out two ways to make them fit.

I highly recommend these. I was so impressed, I was going to buy the Universal Earsubs to use on my MP3 player and other media devices but they have since been discontinued. The PSP subs will NOT work with anything else.

5 Stars Big Loud Sound
These ear buds have a BIG LOUD SOUND and they feel good in the ear too. Take my advice and get one. You can hear the amp’s power when you plug them in, it’s an electric hum that’s just like a guitar power amp.

5 Stars Great buy- don’t be scared
I wanted to upgrade my earbuds but couldn’t see myself shelling out as much dough as I did for my IPOD. So I accidentally found Headbanger Earsubson the net, read some reviews, and decided to risk it… These things rock.. Bass is awesome, I have a IPOD nano and read somewhere that only the Universal model would work so thats what I ordered. They do fell a little strange in the ears at first but you get used to it. Volume is increased substantially, everthing sounds so much clearer, and again bass comes through… I would recommend to anyone but only if you like the “in-ear” type of earphones.

Open Question: PSP Original cant read UMD discs!!!?

March 9th, 2010 PSP Reviews No comments
I have the Original (Phat) PSP and I recently dropped it and when I turned it back on I found out that it cant read UMD discs. I checked the laser and seems to be working fine (it glows red when I put a game in) but the games do not work. I just loads for 5 minutes and then says cannot read game disc. I rang up PSP support and they said that because my PSP was out of warranty that I would have to pay EUR 89.99... I do not want to to do that unless I have to. Please Help. Also the sound doesn't work without headphones. Thanks :)

4 Stars A spectactular case for your PSP
After looking around for a PSP case, I found this one pretty cheaply and picked it up. I have a PSP Lite and I wasn’t sure it would fit and but it works fine and my PSP Lite fits in as snug as a bug in a rug.

It is a hard case with a leather finish which makes it perfect to toss into a bag and not have to worry about your PSP or your screen. It also folds back and works as a holder to watch movies or videos with. The case also works fine to play games with while in the case. I recommend it because of the looks, the safety, and the practicality of it. Quite a bit better and cheaper than some of the other name brand cases.

5 Stars The best of the mediocore
Ok, to kick things off lets start out with the design of the case. The case is a relatively hard case with a stiff (though relatively high quality) leather and a softer, velvety, interior.

Second is how well it fits the psp. This case is quite interesting in the way it houses your prized investment. It allows you to play the psp while it is inside the case via a strong and sturdy METAL (not cheapy the cheapo plastic) clip and holds it very securely. The case closes snugly and holds the the psp very well with no exposed parts of the console. There are however, well placed holes for the use of headphones and a charger. The only problem is opening the case afterwords. For the first few days, as the leather adjusts to your psp, it only opens slightly as it is holding the psp very snug. Simply stick your finger into the case and hold down your psp while opening and its a no braniner opening it. After a few days the is no longer necessary as the case has been opened and closed so many times that it loosens up. Overall, its the 3rd psp case i have had (First the logitech, then a old ds one) and it is by far the best! I highly recommend it!
