I want an open world, cop chasing, racing game for my PSP (Not GTA) Now i know Need For Speed Most Wanted for the PS3 is what i want, but i saw somewhere it wasn't an open world on the PSP. So I did a little bit more searching and found Need For Speed Carbon: Own the City was an open world but I don't think there are any cops. So is there a game that has an open world, cop chasing and racing all in one for my PSP?

He has a PSP from Hong Kong and his GTA is also from Hong Kong. Mine is from Australia (and so is the game). We tryed changing settings on the PSP, changing the Ad-Hoc number thing, etc.
I just bought a PSP 3004 6.20 with 3 games Ben10 AF,GTA Chinatown >A Liberty city.I Completed all of them now i want to buy some action games like Spider man WebOS(if available) & is Sims free time or any sims other is available(interesting to play) or Spider man.Pleas 10 points if helpful
