Resolved Question: Which UMD do I use to update my PSP to 6.10?

March 2nd, 2010 PSP Reviews No comments
I want to update my PSP to 6.10 so I can play some games on it I downloaded from my PS3. When I went to Sony's web site http://us.playstation.com/support/systemupdates/psp/umd/index.htm There are three options there to update my PSP. Network update, PC update and UMD update. The first and second options no longer work so all that's left is the third option which is to update using a UMD. The problem is that nowhere on the site does it say which UMD titles I need to get the update to work. I think this is Sony's way of making me buy another UMD that I do not want and if possible I will get this update by borrowing the UMD from a friend, if I can't then I'll buy the title used somewhere, get the update and then return it. Wow, did either one of you bother to read my question? The Network option is no longer available meaning I cannot update it through Wi-Fi. Why did I even bother to include a link if you aren't going to use it?

Open Question: How to download PSP game saves?!?

January 15th, 2010 PSP Reviews No comments
I want to download a game save for star wars battlefront elite squadron, but I have one of the very first PSPs made (3-4ish years old?) so I don't have a USB cable, but I do have a PSP media card and a computer that I can insert it in as well, so how do I download the game saves? I can also access Wi-Fi on my PSP, so I can just download directly onto my PSP if that works, otherwise I'll be doing it on my computer, and hopefully transferring onto my memory card, but please help because I have no idea how to do this! THANKS!!!!!!!!!! :)
