I heard a rumor that Sony was allowing people to download free PSP games for their Go on the PSN if they could prove they had the UMD version of the game. This question has a few parts: 1) Is this true? 2) How is it done? 3) Could I buy used UMD's in order to get PSP Go games at a discount?

Into the net I've found the downloads of Crash 2 and Crash 3 with the "by gta2800" logo.... but I don't know where to find Crash Bandicoot 1 converted with the same method of Crash 2 and Crash 3.....
I repeat...this method is the use of these 2 files "base.pbp" and "keys.bin" of the game "Hot Shots Golf 2"during the conversion from PSX to PSP, both protected by rights of copyright. sorry for my english...I'm an italian....and sorry for the other persons who are reading this question.
