I have this for my PSP Slim, and it works great. Charged up and in fact did double my play time. The only downside is the cover. It matches in color, but does break up the lines. Not a bad concession for the extra play time.
3 Stars Poor packing from amazon
I was surprised this item was even in the box, seeing how it was completly exposed. Amazon should take a little extra care, making sure items purchased from them, are safely going to arrive to the customer.
1 Star defective
This battery would not charge in the PSP or the PSP charger (made by Sony) both of which I purchased on Amazon. The charger did work with the battery that came with the PSP. Both batteries were identical, same product code. All I can say is Defective!
5 Stars Great, just like original and no awkward buldge like extended battery
This is a great battery, necessary for longer road trips or plane rides, when I can’t charge my PSP every few hours.
I prefer this one to the extended battery with the extra cover, because this one actually fits in the PSP so you don’t get an akward buldge.
